At Nomadic Yogini we know that yoga is much more than a movement practice. On our retreats you’ll experience the ancient yogic way to eat: with food as medicine. We carefully curate delicious, nutritious, gluten and dairy-free meals to help heal your gut and make you feel like a million bucks. We easily cater to dietary restrictions, too. About Jenny

Jenny Harding is a licensed massage therapist and yoga instructor with a passion for holistic, all natural health and wellness.

She believes in harnessing the body’s natural capacity to heal through diet, exercise, lifestyle practices and a mix of ancient and modern knowledge.

Jenny has been facilitating yoga spaces for the past 8 years. She loves sharing her passion for the healing arts, including massage therapy, bodywork, energy healing, astrology, nutrition, Ayurveda and yoga.

Jenny has a special interest in mental health and received her BS in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from Western Washington University in 2020.

In her free time Jenny loves exploring her backyard mountains, wildcrafting and making herbal concoctions from local medicinal plants, horseback riding, road biking, hiking, reading, playing music and writing.
